Are you catching the big winners?

Thursday, December 3, 2009 Leave a comment Go to comments

This market is all about catching the big movers. If you are riding the current moves in auto and pharma ( say a Ranbaxy or a Tata Motors), you’d understand what I am talking about.

Many investors are missing out on these big moves because they are quick to realize their profits.

Many failed to enter as they were waiting for a big correction!

Those who are  riding this upmove might also end up riding the downmove as they have no idea about their exits!

And many others will leverage so much that one sharp correction will throw them out of this market!

Do you belong any of the above categories?

If you do not belong to any of the categories I mentioned, then your chances of making money are really bright 🙂
Jokes apart, my intent is that you are aware of these common pitfalls and make amends.
Most of us end up falling in either of the above categories and lose money in the markets. Bottomline- Try not to be an irrational fool!

do you stronly recommend any small/midcap multibaggers for 2/3 years?

I recommend stocks based pn price rather than on time. If a stock becomes a multibagger in 1 year why would you hold it for 2/3 years? I might hold a stock for 2-3 years if it continues to trend up.
I am not a “buy and hold” investor.

In pharma, you could have picked a Dr. Reddy or Ranbaxy or Cipla. We have made bulk of our profits in these stocks. Plus there are many midcaps which are waiting to go up. You might also consider having a look at my “stock Ideas” product where I provide research based ideas in all the sectors.

I’d suggest that you have a look at some of my products where I am recommending such rocket stocks.
